Hornrock Properties is a dynamic, full service, and multi-generational development firm that is family owned and managed. Focusing on the tri-state real state market, we recognize in it a dynamic arena ample with opportunities in acquisition, construction, and management of residential and commercial spaces. We find and create those opportunities.

We know intuitively that we are what we build and what we create. Infusing our projects with a legacy of quality building, progressive energy, and fresh innovation, who we are as a company is intimately tied to how well we can reshape and enhance our real estate landscape.
We are privileged to see the world through buildings and we are proud to be part of the landscape’s creative process.

Acquisition and Management

We see opportunity for growth in our environment, seeking, locating and sourcing commercial and residential projects that contribute to neighborhoods and enhance our portfolio. We look at the landscape creatively and responsibly, and our determination to add value to our investors, our company, and our surrounding area enables us to make smart and lucrative acquisitions.

We contract and build for sale and rental properties, including single family homes, multi-family homes, townhomes, and commercial spaces.  We know that the spaces that surround us impact the way we live, and so we create homes and commercial spaces that maintain our high quality standards.
